Roxana is a businesswoman and international investor. Throughout her career, she has held senior roles in the UK, European and MENA financial markets.

She is a founding partner of Paros Capital, a company focused on innovative ways to invest and unlock value in promising private businesses and in undervalued quoted companies across a wide variety of sectors. The Paros Capital group has a separate real estate investment and management arm, which Roxana also runs. Roxana sits on the executive or non-executive committee of all of Paros Capital portfolio companies.

Roxana is Vice Chair of the Saudi British Joint Business Council. She is a guest lecturer at Oxford University Saïd Business School Fintech Programme and a visiting lecturer in FinTech and the Digital Economy at Essex University’s Centre for Computational Finance and Economic Agents. She is a member of the Advisory Board of Women In Finance and has been recognised as a senior leader in the Innovate Finance Women In FinTech powerlist. Roxana previously held various senior roles across commodities at Morgan Stanley and Barclays.
